No overhcarges, timely delivery and I was able to contact customer service when part of my order was missing. They promptly sent the missing items, and they never realized the I actually had received a couple of extra sunglasses which I of course kept. The glasses are pretty good quality and I am going to order from them again this summer for their new designs. I ordered from them last year.
